    Supervising every technology team behind wondr by BNI, with squads arranged around the needs of each release.

    • Engineering: backend, frontend, integration, back office, and mPaaS mobile platform
    • Quality and operations: testing, performance testing, and DevOps
    • Delivery: Scrum Masters (Scrum of Scrums), release management, PMO, and application design
    Platform and team scale
    • BNI reported around 15 million wondr users, around 1 billion transactions, and around Rp1,000 trillion in transaction value through the first half of 2026.
    • In the latest release cycle, the work ran across around 10 squads. Squad makeup changes from release to release.
    • At that point the department had around 240 people, around 140 internal and around 100 outsourced. Around 170 of them worked in core engineering and delivery roles: backend, mobile, frontend, application design, integration, Scrum, and QA.

  2. 2025 – Jun 2026

    Release Management Lead and Scrum of Scrums, Wondr

    Ran release and deployment management and the Scrum of Scrums across wondr's delivery streams: dependencies, release readiness, and reporting to leadership. Coordinated mobile releases on a typically quarterly cadence, with additional releases as needed, and backend releases approximately every two weeks.

    AVP Wholesale Services, Digital Development Division

    Led in-house and vendor development for wholesale banking services, from solution design to production support. Acting AVP until Apr 2022.

    • Represented BNI in the national working group for SNAP, Bank Indonesia's open API payment standard
